Products and custom work
Gemologi offers jewelry, gemstones, fine fragrance, botanical beauty products, and related creations. Product images and descriptions are provided for identification and presentation; natural stones, handmade pieces, and custom work may have individual variation. Custom and made-to-order work is produced for the specific order and may require customer confirmation before work begins.
Orders, prices, and payment
Prices and product availability may change. An order is accepted only when Gemologi confirms it. We may correct errors, decline an order, or contact you for clarification before acceptance. Payment is processed through the methods presented at checkout. You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information.
All sales final
Because of the custom, unique, and often high-value nature of our products, all sales are final. Gemologi does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, including for change of mind, fit, color, preference, or dissatisfaction with a custom design. If an order arrives damaged or there is a fulfillment error, contact admin@gemologi.com promptly so the documented issue can be reviewed; this does not create a general return right.
Shipping and delivery

Intellectual property
Site text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and other content belong to Gemologi or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
